Why isn’t my boarding pass shown in the Brussels Airlines mobile app after check-in?

Before checking in, you need to create an account and confirm your email address or your phone number (by clicking on the link you receive).

During check-in, you must use the same email address/phone number to view your boarding pass in the mobile app (otherwise, you'll have to use the boarding pass sent via email).

If you've checked in already, you can create an account and check in again with the right email address/phone number to view the boarding pass in the app.
