If my flight is cancelled, will the spent LOOPs be returned to my account?

Yes, the LOOPs you spent will be returned if your flight was cancelled. Normally, this process is performed automatically. However, if your LOOPs have not been returned to your account one month after your cancelled flight, you can submit a refund request to Brussels Airlines by contacting our Customer Service by phone (+32 2 723 24 44) or by email (loop.en@brusselsairlines.com).
