If my flight has been cancelled or changed, will I be informed?

If we have your contact details (email address or mobile phone number), we'll contact you regarding any schedule change and we'll do our best to offer you an alternative solution.

If you haven't given us your contact details during your booking, you can still provide them to us via My Booking or via Facebook or Twitter.

If the alternative solution doesn't suit you, you can request a refund.
