I have no reason to fly anymore. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are of course still possible. However, due to the high volume of requests we are unable to process refunds within the usual time limits. Please be aware that you benefit from special rebooking policies and that you don't have to take an immediate decision.

We have also expanded our rebooking options for you. Depending on when your ticket was booked, we offer additional rebooking benefits such as

  • the possibility to rebook your flight, no matter which travel class you booked
  • a one-time rebooking free of charge
  • a 50 EUR FlightVoucher per passenger and per booking
  • etc.
