Where do I get my boarding pass?

You'll receive your boarding pass after check-in.

For online check-in, mobile check-in and automated check-in:
  • You can choose to receive your boarding pass via e-mail or text message. Please make sure your e-mail address or phone number is correct and also check your spam box.
  • You will also receive boarding passes for your connecting flights, provided the check-in for your upcoming flights has already been opened. If this is not the case, you'll have to go to the service desk at your connecting airport.
For airport check-in, express check-in and city check-in Africa:
  • You will receive your boarding pass from our check-in agent or from the self-service machine.
  • You will also receive boarding passes for your connecting flights, provided the check-in for your upcoming flights has already been opened. If this is not the case, you'll have to go to the service desk at your connecting airport.
You've lost your boarding pass or haven't received it?
  • You can simply go through the online check-in flow again to retrieve your boarding pass
  • Please make sure there are no typo's in your e-mail address or phone number.
  • Some phones block automated text messages, in this case you will not receive your boarding pass via text message. Try going through the online check-in flow again and choose to receive your boarding pass via e-mail instead.
  • If you haven't received your boarding pass via e-mail, try to go through the online check-in flow again and choose to receive your boarding pass via text message instead.
  • In all other cases, it's best to go to the airport check-in desk. Our check-in agent will be able to provide you with your boarding pass.
