What's the status of my refund request?

In case you have a question regarding the status of your refund request, we kindly ask you to have a little more patience.

As soon as your refund has been processed, you will receive an email from us with a detailed breakdown of the reimbursement. We can, unfortunately, not give you a status in between.

Note that it can take approximately 10 working days before the money appears on your bank account.
