My flight has been cancelled and bookings such as accommodation, tours, car rental, etc. are impacted. What should I do?

If Brussels Airlines cancelled your flight, you can get a full refund for your flight only. Brussels Airlines is not accountable for refunds of accommodation, tours, car rental, etc. Please contact the relevant services for your options.

If you booked insurance with Europ Assistance, you can contact Europ Assistance directly to change the travel dates for your travel insurance or cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation of your trip, only the travel assistance can be refunded as long as the trip has not yet started.
