My flight has been cancelled and bookings such as accommodation, tours, car rental, etc. are impacted. What should I do?

If Brussels Airlines cancelled your flight, you can get a full refund for your flight only. Brussels Airlines is not accountable for refunds of accommodation, tours, car rental, etc. Please contact the relevant services for your options.

If you purchased your flight ticket via a travel agency, please contact your travel agent for your refund or rebooking.
