I've requested a refund. How and when will I receive it?
You will receive an email only when we have started processing your refund request. This can take up to a couple of days.
If you've paid with your credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the card used to make the booking. Alternatively, we may ask you for more details to be able to refund you. We do our utmost to process all requests as quickly as possible but there can be delays. If you want to contact us, remember to include the reference number of your refund request in all communications.
