If I'm unable to make my flight, what options do I have?

If you're unable to make your flight, you'll have different options, depending on the conditions of your ticket. You can find them in your confirmation email.

In some cases, you'll be able to change your booking at no additional cost and choose another option which suits you better.

You may consider cancelling your ticket and requesting a refund. Again, any refund depends on the conditions of your ticket.

In any event, if you decide that you no longer want to travel, we recommend cancelling your booking.
