I recently got an official name change (e.g. marriage, divorce, etc.). Do I have to change my name on my booking?

Yes, the name on your ticket must match the name on your ID card or passport which will be used when travelling.

If your name has been changed due to marriage, divorce or a legal name change (e.g. transgender), you can contact our Service Centre or your travel agency to correct the name on your ticket.

A fee of 25 EUR will be applied for the name change.
