I do not agree with the refunded amount, what should I do?

In case you already received your refund confirmation, but you don't agree with the received amount, we kindly remind you that, in case your flight was not cancelled when you requested your refund, we can only refund you according to the conditions of your ticket. If the conditions of your ticket were not applied correctly, you can file a complaint here.
