How do I change my booking if my flight is cancelled due to the coronavirus?
To change your booking you can contact us via chat, our Service Centre or social media. Before contacting us, please make sure:
- to have your booking reference at hand
- to already have your new travel date in mind
You will always receive a confirmation of the changes via e-mail.
Please note that you can check your booking online, at any time, via this link.
In case you booked via an (online) travel agency, please contact them directly to be rebooked.
