My ticket displays my name without hyphens or accent marks. Is this correct?

No need to worry, these names will display a bit differently on your ticket. Accent marks, hyphens and other special characters will be removed on your ticket. In case of very long names, the spaces between the names are deleted and a truncation between the first name and last name may occur.

For example:

  • 'Hélène' becomes 'Helene'
  • 'François' becomes 'Francois'
  • 'Van 't Overveld' becomes 'Van t Overveld'
