My credit card has been rejected although I'm sure it's still valid. What should I do?

There are various reasons why your credit card may be rejected when received by our payment service provider. You may have reached your credit limit, in which case we won't be able to process your payment.

If this is the case, please pay with another card and/or contact your bank.
