I've booked online. How can I make sure that the details of my booking are correct?
When making a booking online, you can check what you're purchasing before finalising the booking.
Please check your booking carefully and make changes, if necessary.
Once you've paid for your booking, you will no longer be able to make any changes to it (unless the terms and conditions of the fare specify that the ticket may be changed, free of charge or for a fee). In any event, you'll receive an email confirming your itinerary.
