I need an invoice. What should I do?
Customers who booked directly with Brussels Airlines:
Please note that the electronic receipt (Passenger Itinerary / Receipt) you get in your email box as PDF when you've finalized your booking can be used for your accountancy, for fiscal and legal purposes.
You don't need to request an extra invoice.
If you still want to request it, you can fill in the invoice request form.
Processing your invoice request will take approximately two work days.
If you've lost your electronic receipt, please contact our Service Centre.
Customers who booked via a travel agency:
Please contact your travel agency to request an invoice.
