I need an invoice. What should I do?

For customers who booked directly via Brussels Airlines:

The electronic receipt (Passenger Itinerary / Receipt) that you receive by email (as a PDF attachment) when you've finalized your booking can be used for your accountancy, for fiscal and legal purposes.

You don't need to request an extra invoice.

If you still want to request it, you can fill in the invoice request form.

Processing your invoice request will take approximately two work days.

If you've lost your electronic receipt, please contact our Service Centre.

Customers who booked via a travel agency or via any other website than brusselsairlines.com:

Please contact your travel agent to request an invoice.
