My baggage has been delayed. What should I do?

If your baggage has been delayed, you must report your missing baggage at the airport or online.

You'll receive a reference number which you can use to track your baggage. When your baggage has been located, we'll contact you to arrange delivery.

If your baggage is still missing after 5 days, we'll begin an extensive process to trace it, based on your baggage's contents.
